No Refunds for Digital Services


Get Crazy Leads offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital services through our website, GetCrazyLeads.com. As such, we do not provide refunds after a purchase is made. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Please carefully review the service description before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your needs.


Subscription Cancellations

Get Crazy Leads subscriptions are flexible, with no long-term contracts or commitments. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] or by submitting a cancellation request via our system. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing cycles, but no refunds will be issued for payments already processed, including for partially used or unused services.


Overdue Payments

If your payment method (e.g., credit card) is declined or fails to process for any reason, Get Crazy Leads reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform and services. You agree to promptly pay any overdue amounts, including any third-party chargeback fees or penalties incurred by Get Crazy Leads. If legal action is required to collect unpaid balances, you agree to reimburse Get Crazy Leads for all related expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs.


Payment Disputes

If you wish to dispute any fees or charges billed by Get Crazy Leads, you must notify us in writing within sixty (60) days of the billing date by submitting a support ticket at [email protected]. You must continue to pay all invoiced amounts during the dispute process; failure to do so may result in the waiver of your right to pursue the dispute. Disputes must be raised in good faith, and you agree to cooperate fully with Get Crazy Leads to resolve the issue. All decisions regarding disputed fees are final and at the sole discretion of Get Crazy Leads.


No Refunds or Credits for Errors or Non-Use

All fees paid to Get Crazy Leads are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Get Crazy Leads does not provide refunds or credits for errors or omissions made by you or third parties, nor for partially used or unused subscriptions. If you sign up for a subscription but do not access the platform or services, you remain responsible for all fees during the subscription term. Get Crazy Leads reserves the right to approve or deny any refund or credit request at its sole discretion, except where mandated by law.


Responsibility for Financial Transactions

You are solely responsible for all financial transactions conducted through your account or by your customers using Get Crazy Leads’ services, including transactions facilitated by our billing tools. You are also responsible for any chargebacks related to these transactions, regardless of the reason. Get Crazy Leads is not liable for financial losses resulting from your or your customers’ activities on the platform.
